What Is an e-Invoice? A Short Guide to Cancellation and Objection Processes

The e-Invoice system enables businesses to issue their invoices digitally, quickly, and securely. Taxpayers registered for e-Invoice issue e-Invoices to one another, while an e-Archive invoice is issued to non-taxpayers. While the recipient has no right to reject a basic invoice, a commercial invoice can be accepted or rejected within 8 days; if no action is taken within this period, the invoice is automatically accepted. Cancellation and objection procedures are carried out through e-Invoice portals with the approval of both the buyer and the seller within specific time limits. These processes help businesses manage their financial transactions in a more transparent, fast, and organized way.
